Corinne is a licensed Acupuncturist and a Tui Na Therapist ( Chinese Manual Therapy) . Her passion for health and well-being started many years ago, in 1990 when she became a nurse. As her career progressed, she later became a specialist nurse in the field of child development and supporting mothers and families during the early years. Her curiosity for complementary therapies continue to blossom over the years as well. Corinne grew up on an island where plant medicine, Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine are practised.

Her move to the Netherlands in 2005 was a blessing as it became a wonderful opportunity to switch from western medicine to complimentary therapy and Corinne chose to study Traditional Chinese Medicine more in depth. Since then, Corinne has combined her western medicine knowledge, nursing experience, and Chinese medicine to provide a unique service to the community. She feels fortunate to be part of the Delight Family and to be able to keep on learning and sharing with them her immense love for transformational practices that unfold in a safe space.
Yoga and Ayurveda entered her life almost at the same time. Applying slowly but steadily the principles of these two "sister sciences" into her daily life brought progressive changes that made space for what she needed the most: looking into herself and allowing "the new to settle. Since the very beginning she felt the call to visit Mysore - India – where she is committed to return yearly to nurture her own practice under the guidance of R. Saraswathi Jois and R. Sharath Jois and many others generous and devoted teachers such as Dr. M.A. Jayashree, Sri. M.A. Narasimhan, Vidwan Lakshmish Bhat and Arvind Pare. Her curiosity for the therapeutic aspects of yoga exploded in 2015 when she met A.G. Mohan and Indra Mohan (Svastha Yoga & Ayurveda), both direct students of Sri. T. Krisnamacharya. Wanting to become a C-IAYT Yoga Therapist she started her study at The Yoga Therapy Institute in Amsterdam.
Gregor Mahele, Monica Gauci and Certified Ashtanga Yoga Teachers Eddie Stern and Luke Jordan represent a continued source of inspiration in approaching the yoga practice in a non-dogmatic way. In 2017 she moved to India for one year to study and practice under the guidance of exceptional Ayurveda physicians: Dr. Vijith Sasidhar, Dr. Vidya Vijith, Dr. Shailesh Muli, Dr. Aiswarya Aishu, and also eventually met Dr. Amruta Athale.
She loves simple things: the smell of freshly made coffee in the morning, crisp sunrises in the winter, strolls by the sea, cooking, reading and traveling the world (the one outside and the one within) and her furry friend Mia.
My name is Sabrina Jordan, I'm a mother of a sweet 16 year old daughter, and have been in maternity care for over 10 years. For the past 5 years I have been working as an independent maternity nurse, and I absolutely love what I'm doing!
The maternity period is an exciting and very important time in the lives of families that have just extended. Every time I am welcomed in new parents' house I feel grateful for being part of their journey. My aim is to create peace and to keep that time as relaxed as possible. I am very adaptable and easily connect with others. I like to cook for my families once in a while, and I enjoy taking care of other children in the house (one of my specialties :) .
Every morning we make a plan with parents what it is that I can take care of, and I make sure that they can rest, enjoy their 'babymoon' or simply focus on whatever it is that they would like to do that day. I am only satisfied when you are too!
A week passes by, a month, a year, a decade. Before we know it, our little ones aren't so little anymore.
I joyfully dedicate my working life to pregnancy and newborn photography. I love and am honored to help families stop time for a little while, so that they can share a couple precious moments together. It’s fun, candid, you play and you laugh, and I capture all of it in photographs, because you never know how much you'll value looking back on them later.
I’m forever inspired and humbled by the pure joy of expecting parents, the serenity and authenticity of children, the happiness of families welcoming a newborn into their universe. This is why my photos focus on capturing all that amazing energy in the most clean, simple and honest way, with a touch of detail and connection captured in natural light.
Zyanya is a babywearing educator based in Amsterdam. She helps families use babywearing as a tool to get two free hands. During the private in-home consultations she helps families to feel comfortable and confident wearing their baby.
Babywearing is a universal adaptation seen in every culture around the world. We use babywearing as an adaptation to support our lifestyle and independence as parents, as well as our mental health. And we use babywearing as an adaption to provide love and security to our babies when they need it most.
My name is Ola Wysocka. I am a psychologist and a Gentle Sleep Coach.
I was born in Poland, have lived in few European countries and in 2013 decided to settle down in Amsterdam.
I have worked with children for over 15 years, since 2015 with babies as a sleep coach. I help parents solve the sleep issues of children aged 0-6 years old. As a psychologist, I consider it important that sleep coaching methods are gentle and tailored to each family. I believe that babies can improve their sleeping patterns without using crying-it-out or controlled-crying techniques.
My main role is to guide families through the process and make sure that both parents and their child feel comfortable with each step along the way.
Parents mostly contact me when they face frequent awakening, early rising, bedtime difficulties, no naps. So in the period when they would like to prevent their child from getting overtired and they would like to learn how to recognize the Little One’s sleepy cues.
And since my son was born in 2017, I have personally experienced how sleep can affect not only your physical condition but also your mental health. It is important for both parents and their baby to get sleep to develop and feel good. I am very proud to say that I have helped hundreds of families to find or restore their sleep balance.
