Why practice ashtanga yoga.
'When you start practicing you first get hooked because you can quickly see how much progress you are able to make. Then you notice you are able to do things you thought they were completely out of reach. You get to try new things almost every day. Stepping on the mat becomes like looking into a mirror, you assess how you feel, if you are up for a challenge today or maybe better to take it easy. Soon it becomes the part of your day which you never want to skip, as you either need a check-in moment with yourself, or because you are up for some mental game between you and your mind ;) Before you know it, you wake up, roll out your mat, and follow your breath..'
