HypnoBirthing® course (private)

Service Description

The HypnoBirthing course is taught in 5 weekly, 2-2,5 hour live classes (mother and birth partner). Courses are taught on a private, one-to-one basis and are located in Amsterdam, in your own home or at my Home Office address. The program consists of deep relaxation, special breathing techniques, self-hypnosis, massage techniques, visualizations, affirmations, and education that support you throughout the whole pregnancy and are there to use during labor and birth. The classes also offer couples the opportunity to prepare an individualized birth plan with myself in preparation for their birth. Included in the cost: - 5 × 2 ½ hour HypnoBirthing sessions for mum and birth companion - HypnoBirthing audio relaxations - All course handouts & materials - Birth preferences tailored to individual needs - Contact with myself via email/telephone for the duration of the course, but also before and afterwards for any questions Note: Course price is set per couple, incl.
