Birth Ready: a 2-hour hands-on workshop

Before we even meet — you'll already be preparing. When you book 'Birth Ready', I will design a free personalized plan for you on the Mamamoon app. Based on your due date and what matters most to you right now, your plan gives you breathing techniques, positioning practices and daily tools to start working on straight away — so that by the time we meet in person, your body and baby are already on their way. Already done birth preparation? Expecting your second or third baby? This workshop works beautifully as a hands-on refresher too. What we cover in the workshop: In this 2-hour hands-on session, we dive into the practical side of labor — everything you and your partner can actively do on your birthing day: * Dry-run through labor — what to expect at each stage, and the birth companion's role so mum can stay fully focused on birthing *Labor circuit — how to move through labor using Birthlight yoga and HypnoBirthing practices *Positions for every stage — to manage surges, help your baby rotate into the optimal position, rest, relieve pain, and support progress when baby is still high *Rebozo & acupressure — to relieve pain, bring relaxation, rotate your baby, bring progress in labor, and even support natural onset after your due date *Positions for birthing your baby All practices include a birth companion — bring your partner, a close friend, or your doula. Whoever will be by your side on your birthing day is welcome. This workshop is for you if: - You're working through your Mamamoon plan and want to bring it all to life in person - You've done another birth preparation course and want a practical refresher - It's your second or third pregnancy and you want to come back to the tools that matter
