Our experience with Kasia and her Hypnobirthing course was wonderful ! We learned as future mom and dad all the tools, breathing/massage techniques to be able to deal with the pain and contractions. It gave us strength and patience to go through the entire labor duration. We felt even closer as a couple to go through this powerful experience together. We felt confident and positive to live this together.

 

The classes with Kasia were gentle and we came out of it full of knowledge on our birth, she is very caring and gives you lots of attention before, during and after the course and classes.

 

Our little one was born without any medication and this is definitely thanks to everything we learned with our hypnobirthing teacher!!
