The HypnoBirthing course is taught in 5 weekly, 2-2,5 hour live classes (mother and birth partner). Classes take place in Amsterdam, at Verloskundigen Zuid location (Churchilllaan 41). The program consists of deep relaxation, special breathing techniques, self-hypnosis, massage techniques, visualizations, affirmations, and education that support you throughout the whole pregnancy and are there to use during labor and birth. The classes also offer couples the opportunity to prepare an individualized birth plan with myself in preparation for their birth. Included in the cost: - 5 × 2 ½ hour HypnoBirthing sessions for mum and birth companion - HypnoBirthing relaxation audio tracks - All course handouts & materials - Birth preferences tailored to individual needs - Refreshments - Contact with myself via email/telephone for the duration of the course, but also before and after for any questions - 1-on-1 coaching if your baby is breech after week 34 based on Spinning Babies - Additionally you will also learn during the course prenatal yoga practices for pregnancy and labor based on Birthlight yoga Note: - Course price is set per couple, incl. VAT. - If you cannot make a session, we can arrange a make-up session either at your home or my home address, for an additional fee of EUR 80 (inc.
