We will start the weekend in the afternoon on Friday, 25th of March, and finish at around 3.30pm on Sunday, 27th of March. Each day, we will serve a delicious and healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner.   • Evening yoga based on yoga therapy & yoga nidra with Ombretta - a beautiful and peaceful end of the day

Prices covers accommodation, food and drinks (water, teas) for the full weekend. You should also check with your health insurance if they support birth preparation courses to be able to take advantage of it as well.



An Ayurveda practitioner, birth and postpartum doula, yoga teacher, yoga therapist and a nice person to have around

Ombretta is one of those people that when you meet her you feel suddenly calm, and happy :-) Luckily for us, apart from her warm Italian personality she has also specialized in areas that are so helpful for us when we are on our pregnancy and motherhood journey. When pregnant she will support you as a doula, you can visit her for a relaxing massage, she will share with you wisdom of Ayurveda with nutritional advice and simple daily practices, and you can join her for a gentle prenatal yoga flow. During postpartum journey she can step in as a postpartum doula with relaxing and healing treatments, help your body regain its strength using yoga therapy, and so much more.

Kasia met Ombretta in one of her teacher trainings, and since then their journeys crossed each other all the time. So it was also natural that when Kasia was pregnant, she came to Ombretta for all the goodness.

Originally from Poland, Kasia landed in Amsterdam for good in 2008. Her journey into birth professionals world started from her yoga path and pregnancy with Lily. Coming from a country where birth is highly medicalized she dreaded a natural birth, yet gave it a try with proper preparation and was shocked how good it can be. She wanted to share it wide with other moms-to-be, so they are not scared anymore, like she was. After a while of talking to pregnant strangers she realized this is not the way ;-) So she trained in prenatal yoga, HypnoBirhting and recently also Spinning Babies methods.

Being a mom is not a walk in the park, so it motivates her even more to support other moms and moms-to-be on their pregnancy and motherhood journey. We don't have to do it ourselves, and even though it is normal, you don't have to suffer, you can actually help yourself and enjoy the ride.
